Torchlight II Runic Games - PC Game Review

Fire, ice, lightning, monsters, dungeons, anything is possible with Torchlight II.

Sequel to Runic's 2009 ARPG, Torchlight, the upcoming RPG game Torchlight II which was supposedly be release last year makes one of the most anticipated PC game this year. The said game release delay according to Travis Baldree was to give more time in polishing and beta testing of the game. Develop by Runic Games this role playing game features multiplayer support both internet and LAN play, also having more modding capabilities. 

Many would say that Torchlight II will be a direct competitor of the top anticipated game Diablo III. These two might be compared is someway because the team behind Torchlight, before were also the individuals who created and work on the original Diablo. Unlike the first Torchlight which lacked multiplayer this sequel game may be consider as a closely successor of Diablo.  

Torchlight II will feature more dungeons, players can gain experience and loot from more types of monsters. Expect also to have same basic gameplay but this time with longer campaigns and many hub towns. Some additional gaming graphics worth experiencing includes time of day cycles, weather effects, and a redesigned user interface. Customizable character apperance is also present in the game. Go get your own choice of gender, face and hairstyle that will give more look and feel to your character.

Character Classes

Engineer - formerly known as the Railman) is a heavy melee fighter who uses ember-powered steampunk technology.
Outlander - wandering nomad who uses ranged weapons and  low magic.
Berserker - uses quick attacks and animal-themed special powers to kill everything in its path
Embermage -  a highly trained spell-casting class with elemental attacks.
